It is compatible with any third party air handler and thermostat including Wifi/Nest.

The unit comes factory pre-charged and is able to be connected with either with a Quick Connect Line-Set, or a traditional line-set that can be pre-flared or sweated. It comes with a 10 Year Registered Limited Warranty and a 5 year parts warranty.
