This specific outdoor unit allows you to connect a wide variety of indoor units that can range up to 8 with the branch box or up to 12 without the branch box (City Multi). The MXZ-SM60NLHZ is part of Mitsubishi's Smart Multi Series, catering to residential or commercial applications. This outdoor unit is perfect for customers located in regions that experience consistent sub 0 temperatures.

This system provides 100% of heating capacity at -5˚F. This system uses the new R454B refrigerant. This is a new option as the R410A line did not have a 60,000 BTU hyper heat option.
