This specific outdoor unit allows you to connect a wide variety of indoor units that can range up to 60,000 BTU. The MXZ-SM60NL is part of Mitsubishi's Smart Multi Series, catering to residential and commercial applications. This outdoor unit is perfect for customers that need to condition an entire house with up to 8 zones.

This system uses the new R454B refrigerant, and is the direct replacement for MXZ-SM60NAM.
