This specific outdoor unit allows you to connect a wide variety of indoor units. The MXZ-SM48NL is part of Mitsubishi's Smart Multi Series, catering to residential or commercial applications. This system uses the new R454B refrigerant, and is the direct replacement for MXZ-SM48NAM*.
