GENERAL FEATURES
HVI certification: Ducted residential Lossnay units are listed in the Home Ventilating Institute
(HVI) Certified Ratings Program, providing independent verification of performance metrics for
the units, such as air flow performance and effectiveness in transferring heat or energy.
Control method variety: Flexible control options include Mitsubishi Electric controls, M-NET
compatibility, third-party thermostats, air handler interlocking, and dry contact and wet contact
control options. This variety of control options allows for a customizable and user-friendly
experience.
Flexible installation: Residential ducted Lossnay is lightweight and compact to offer flexible
installation, transportation, and storage. They can be mounted between joists, fixed to ceiling,
suspended from ceiling, or horizontally wall mounted.
Constant airflow: Residential ducted Lossany units provide constant airflow by automatically
adjusting the fan rotational speed to maintain the selected airflow when static pressure changes
occur. This simplifies ventilation installation, servicing and design work.
Optional CO sensor control: Optional CO sensor control allows ducted residential Lossnay 2 2
units to automatically adjust airflow based on indoor CO levels. The fan speed is adjustable 2
between 25% and 100% and can be set to boost or linearly correlate with the CO2
concentration.
Advanced filter options: Residential ducted Lossnay has a MERV 10 filter included and MERV
14 filter optional accessory.
Independent airflow control: The airflow of the supply and exhaust fan can be independently set
enabling the Lossnay to provide balanced ventilation or positive/negative pressurization.
