Parcel Shipments (Under 80 lbs)

• Standard Parcel Shipping: Items weighing less than 80 lbs are shipped via parcel services.

• Additional Protection: For items over 20 lbs, we reinforce packaging by adding hard corners and strapping the box to provide greater handling security and product protection.

• Fragile Handling: All parcels are clearly marked with fragile stickers to alert carriers and encourage careful handling.

• Insurance Coverage: Every parcel is fully insured, giving peace of mind that any lost or damaged items in transit can be quickly replaced.

Freight Shipments (Over 80 lbs or Bulk Orders)

• Freight Shipping Requirement: Items weighing more than 80 lbs, or bulk quantities of products, are shipped via freight service.

• Custom Crating (Baltimore Location): For freight shipments leaving our Baltimore facility, we build custom plywood crates around pallets to ensure the integrity and safety of the products.

• Additional Protection: All pallets are securely wrapped, strapped, and reinforced to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

• Fragile Handling & Documentation: Each pallet is labeled with fragile stickers and includes packing slips to ensure proper delivery.

• Insurance Coverage: All freight shipments are fully insured to allow for quick replacement in the event of transit damage.

Delivery Timelines & Carriers

• Parcel Orders:

  • Orders ship same day or next business day.

  • Carriers: We primarily use UPS and USPS for parcel deliveries
