PEAD-A12AA8 & SUZ-KA12NA2) is an extremely efficient heating and cooling option that can fit in a limited space while still providing amazing comfort. This quiet beast of a single zone is built for 

residential homes, retail shopping centers, larger classrooms, office complexes, conference rooms, ballrooms, fitness centers, and more. 

This particular single zone system has a M-series outdoor that does not provide cooling down to 0 F, and only provides heating down to 5 F. Although this single zone can be used in commercial applications, it is mainly for residential purposes due to its cooling limitations. 

This single zone unit runs on a variable speed INVERTER-driven compressor to save you money while it runs. It is energy star certified and is built to be an efficient system for your home or business. This single zone unit is perfect for customers that have limited space but want a great system. 

For proper installation, plan for:

1. Line Set  - When hooking up the indoor unit
   PEAD-A12AA8 t o the outdoor unit SUZ-KA12NA2, you'll need a line-set kit. This system requires a  1/4" & 3/8"   kit . Our line-sets kits come in different lengths; however, you can cut the copper pipes to fit your application. They include copper refrigerant lines, control wire, condensate drain hose, and other necessary accessories mentioned below. 
2. Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit  - The disconnect & whip kit  comes in each installation kit. It provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your homes' electrical panel.
3. Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad (Optional)  - This pad  provides an even surface, free of debris, on which to place your outdoor condenser. It also comes with snow-risers to provide separation from the ground. 
4. Outdoor Condenser Bracket (Optional)  - 
       This  bracket   provides an even surface, off the ground, on which to place your outdoor condenser. This bracket can handle up to 400 lbs and is great way to ground your outdoor unit system.
