The MRCOOL® Universal DC Inverter 60,000 BTU 18 SEER Heat Pump Condenser is the latest in heat pump technology. The Ultra-Heat Inverter Unitary Condensing Unit provides superb comfort while running at an extremely quiet dB, rapid cooling and heating, and maximum savings. It is compatible with any third party air handler and thermostat including Wifi/Nest. 

The unit comes factory pre-charged and is able to be connected with either with a Quick Connect Line-Set, or a traditional line-set that can be pre-flared or sweated. It comes with a 10 Year Registered Limited Warranty and a 5 year parts warranty.

1. Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad (Optional)   - This  pad   provides an even surface, free of debris, on which to place your outdoor condenser. 
2. 17" Snow Risers Kit (Optional)   - This  kit   provides about 5" space to prevent damage to the unit caused by ice build up from drainage of condensate when operating in heat pump mode 
3. Outdoor Condenser Bracket (Optional)   - This  bracket   provides an even surface, off the ground, on which to place your outdoor condenser. This bracket can handle up to 400 lbs and is great way to ground your outdoor unit system. 
4. Wall-Mount Condenser Bracket (Optional)   - This  bracket   is mounted on a solid wall off the ground, and provides great support for the condenser unit. This bracket can handle up to 300-500 lbs. 
5. Electric Kit (Optional)  -  This  kit   includes 3/4"x6' electric whip with 10GA wires and electric non-fused 60A disconnect box
6. Line Set Covers  - These  covers   protect the appearance of your house while protecting the line set from UV light and harsh weather conditions
