The PVA-AA12NL’s slim 17"-wide cabinet installs vertically (upflow or downflow) or horizontally (left/right), fitting closets, mechanical rooms, or attic crawl spaces. A positive-pressure, leak-tight cabinet (≤ 1 % at 1 in.WG) keeps conditioned air where it belongs while one-inch, fiberglass-free insulation fights condensation and boosts efficiency. 

Quiet, Reliable Performance
A direct-drive ECM blower and Mitsubishi’s INVERTER technology modulate airflow smoothly, delivering sound levels as low as 31 dB(A)—quieter than a typical library—so comfort never competes with conversation. 

High-Efficiency Heating & Cooling
Matched with the outdoor PUZ-AK12NL condenser, the unit supplies 12,000 BTU of cooling (SEER2 20) and up to 19,000 BTU of heating (HSPF2 9.8), maintaining cozy temperatures even at 5 °F outdoor conditions thanks to R-454B refrigerant and advanced compressor control. Ideal for 400–700 sq ft primary living areas, bedrooms, or office suites.
