The PEFY-L12NMSU-A provides 12,000 BTU/H of nominal cooling capacity and 13,500 BTU/H of nominal heating capacity, ensuring reliable year-round comfort. Engineered with a high-efficiency DC fan motor (96W), the unit offers multiple airflow settings—211, 282, and 370 CFM—allowing it to adapt to varying comfort demands and duct configurations. 

Low Static, Flexible Air Distribution

Designed for low external static pressure applications, the unit supports adjustable static pressure settings of 0.02, 0.06, 0.14, and 0.20 in. WG, making it suitable for short duct runs and multi-room air distribution. Its horizontal-ducted configuration allows installers to conceal the unit above ceilings while delivering conditioned air through supply grilles for a seamless architectural finish.

With sound levels as low as 23 dB(A), the PEFY-L12NMSU-A operates quietly, making it ideal for bedrooms, offices, and other noise-sensitive environments. Built-In Condensate Management

The unit includes an integrated condensate lift pump capable of lifting condensate up to 21-11/16", simplifying drain routing and expanding installation flexibility. A 1-1/4" O.D. drain connection ensures reliable condensate removal in both gravity and pumped configurations. 

Smart Controls & System Compatibility

The PEFY-L12NMSU-A supports a wide range of control solutions, including wired MA controllers, RedLINK® wireless controllers, third-party thermostat interfaces, and building automation system (BAS) integration via BACnet® or Modbus® (with appropriate adapters). It is also compatible with the kumo cloud® Comfort App through optional wireless interfaces, enabling remote monitoring and control. 

Reliable Refrigerant & Electrical Configuration

Designed for use with R454B refrigerant systems, the unit connects via 1/4" liquid and 1/2" gas lines. It operates on 208/230V, single-phase, 60 Hz power, with an MCA of 1.17 and MOCP of 15 amps, supporting safe and dependable integration into compatible Mitsubishi Electric systems.
