The Mitsubishi PEAD-AA42NL paired with the PUY-AK42NL outdoor unit delivers powerful, efficient cooling in a 42,000 BTU single-zone ducted system (Max 44,000 | Min 14,200). Designed for rooms up to ~1,750 sq ft, it’s ideal for large living spaces, offices, or areas needing discreet, continuous cooling.

Featuring an INVERTER-driven compressor and low-ambient cooling down to –40 °F with wind baffles, this system provides precise temperature control even in extreme conditions. The slim 9-7/8″ height indoor unit fits into tight ceiling cavities or soffits. The indoor unit includes a built-in condensate lift (up to 27-9/16″) for flexible drainage. The outdoor unit is protected with Blue Fin and seacoast coatings for corrosion resistance in coastal or industrial environments.
